The beautiful fruity ingredients packed with fiber and nutrients in this sorbet!
This recipe is packed with plant-based nutrients! From banana to avocado and citrus, this is no ordinary sorbet! Janie points out that the sugars in fruits digest much easier and they don’t cause those sugar spikes and crashes. Erin recommends getting a Vitamix if you don’t already have one. She says it can’t be beat for smooth blending. You can also substitute the maple syrup for soaked dates if you prefer them.

The delicious final product. Let it freeze to eat it like sorbet!
If the sorbet blends too liquified you can drink it, or pop it in the freezer for a bit until it solidifies a bit. Erin says it’s absolutely delicious! Try making your own delicious healthy vegan strawberry sorbet at home with the recipe below!

Janie and Erin pose for a pic with the final product! Great job ladies!
