Among the other notable guests enjoying the launch party: Charlie of Charlie’s Brownies, Russell, aka Roller Coaster Vegan, and Tanya Flinke a writer with LIVEKINDLY!

Renée , Gwenna, and Paige for a fun “usie,” or more than one person selfie!

The food inside, ordered by Renée and Gwenna, looks absolutely delicious! This place has an incredible ambience, full of vegan Italian comfort food! So, come on by to Pura Vita in West Hollywood! Buon appetito!

Wow vegan mozzarella, tomato, basil, and balsamic salad. Fresh and cruelty-free.

Tara, the chef and owner at Pura Vita, is feeling amazing this night because it has been her dream to open her own restaurant since she started helping in the kitchen at the age of twelve. Tara became a vegan when she was just ten years old! Everything made in her restaurant is plant-based and organic. Nothing is processed or fried and it’s all inspired by her family’s traditional cooking. There are also thirty vegan wines for you to pair with your food when you come by!

This looks like a definite must try dish!

Tara’s inspiration for the name came from her first trip to Costa Rica and she liked their “Pura Vida” lifestyle there. The restaurant logo is also incredible. It was designed by her best friend, with Play Button Creative, who knew Tara loves tomatoes and knives so she made it all come together into an Italian theme. Tara also made her first appearance at the Eat Drink Vegan Seed and Wine Food Festival this year and they had an amazing time making their black magic lasagna for everyone.

This lasagna looks mouthwatering.
Wow what a spread! I’ll take all three!
