This day’s Lunch BreakLIVE video was done in support of the March of Silence so was completely silent. In the video Renée encourages everyone to take a midday break and take care of themselves. Take some time to sit at a nice table with a good snack like a vegan scone, fruit, and frothed oat milk coffee. Take off your shoes and breathe. Read a nice book, and Renée has plenty to recommend for us! Find some time to take a load off, and take time for yourself. Self care is so important in this busy world, and if we don’t take the time for ourselves we will won’t be able to do as much as we want to do in our lives.
