ZESTY NACHO CHEESE

4 med OR 2 large potaotes

3 cloves garlic

2 tsp salt

1 pickled jalapeno with 1/4 cup juice

1-2 dried red chiles(california)

Boil potatoes and chiles with bay leaf in about 6 cups of filtered water(reserve liquid) until soft.

Add potatoes, 1 cup of potato boiling water, chile, garlic, salt and pickled jalapeno with juice to your blender. 

Blend until smooth and creamy

IMPORTANT TIP:
Make the cheese in 2 separate batches as to not over work your blender.

Makes about 6 cups
