RECIPE:  Caprese Salad with Fresh VeganMozz


  • 1 box cherry tomatoes
  • 1 bunch fresh basil leaves, shredded
  • 1 pkg of Miyoko’s Kitchen Fresh VeganMozz
  • 1 yellow sweet pepper, julienne sliced
  • 10 kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
  • 2 Tbsp Balsamic glaze (reduced balsamic vinegar)
  • 1 head of green leaf lettuce


  1. Arrange the green leaf lettuce on a plate
  2. Place each of the ingredients on the lettuce
  3. Drizzle with the Balsamic glaze
  4. Enjoy!
