Change is happening!! Slowly but surely yes it is! ????
Phillips could not be more wrong. The failure of the carriage ban rests 100% on de Blasio’s shoulders. He lied, he never had any intention of a ban, and be made this VERY clear. Worse, he lied about it, and “activists” fell for it. Staffers CONFIRMED that the mayor didn’t lobby for the ban; he didn’t mske a peep. Funny, though, he sure lobbied for pre-K. See the difference?
Phillips in 2010 or so conveniently forgot to register his sham org as a lobbying organization. Then he disappeared for a few years.
This is the state of AR activism in New York. one big ohoto op, and a guilt vite from spineless, slimy Council members.
