RECIPE: Chickpea Tu-no Salad
14-oz can of salt-free chickpeas, drained and rinsed
¼ cup olive oil
1 tbsp dijon or whole grain mustard
1½ tbsp ume plum vinegar
1/4 cup chopped celery
2 tbsp chopped red onion
½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons dulce
1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse for 30-60 seconds
You can enjoy as a salad, as a sandwich, or create a wrap!
