Fish-Free Tu-No Salad with Chickpeas

RECIPE:  Chickpea Tu-no Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 14-oz can of salt-free chickpeas, drained and rinsed

  • ¼ cup olive oil

  • 1 tbsp dijon or whole grain mustard

  • 1½ tbsp ume plum vinegar

  • 1/4 cup chopped celery

  • 2 tbsp chopped red onion

  • ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper

  •  2 tablespoons dulce

DIRECTIONS

1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse for 30-60 seconds

You can enjoy as a salad, as a sandwich, or create a wrap!
