RECIPE: Kip Andersen’s Nachos

INGREDIENTS

1 bag organic corn tortilla chips (Garden of Eatin’)

1 can organic black beans (Eden)

12 oz vegan sour cream (Tofutti Sour Supreme)

10 oz vegan cheese (Follow Your Heart Vegan Gourmet “Nacho” )

14 oz salsa (Ay Chiwawa Artisan Molcajete Style)

8 oz guacamole (Ay Chiwawa Olé Guacamóle)

11 oz Beyond Meat “Beef” Crumbles Feisty

DIRECTIONS

  1. Layer chips and toppings in an oven proof bowl
  2. Bake at 400 F for 10 – 15 min (or until vegan cheese is melted)
  3. Enjoy while watching  “What the Heath”
