INGREDIENTS:  Day 2:  Juice #5 in the protocol for Day 2

Green Smoothie

  1. 10 oz water
  2. 1 ripe banana + 1 date (pitted)
  3. 1 c frozen mango
  4. 1 c kale
  5. 1 c spinach

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Process in blender for 30 seconds
  2. Enjoy

Day 2 = 6 pack  (16 oz) each
