Super Snack Oven Baked Kale Chips

One bunch kale
One tbs olive oil or coconut oil
One quarter teaspoon garlic salt/powder
One quarter teaspoon chili powder
One quarter teaspoon cayenne pepper
One quarter teaspoon fine grain sea salt
One quarter teaspoon pepper
1-2 tbs nutritional yeast
If desired…Additional chili, Cayenne and salt to taste in end once kale is spread out on baking sheet prior to baking.
Wash and de-stem kale. Cut or rip into bite size pieces. Put in bowl. Add oil and massage the kale. Add other spices and massage/mix thoroughly to spread the spices evenly.
Place parchment paper on baking sheet. Spread kale pieces out evenly, not piled.
Bake is oven at 275 for about 20 minutes. Until crisp but not burnt.
