NATIONAL ANIMAL RIGHTS DAY in New York (Sunday, June 7th) was a huge success, although no mainstream media covered the sizable event. No shock there. The media blackout on animal rights continues, which is why JaneUnChained’s reporting is so crucial. They missed an astounding visual. A mass funeral was held at Union Square in Manhattan. Activists, many in tears, cradled the bodies of chickens and pigs killed in the cruel system of industrialized meat production. This was really a case of meet your meat! I also spoke at the event! Check out this JaneUnChained video report, edited by Donna Dennison, and feel like you were there. Then go to thenard.org and get involved. We are almost at the tipping point!
